New Student Admission Procedure

General requirement   

1. Prospective students with Indonesian citizenship or foreign nationals who have a diploma according to the requirements of the study program chosen at Udayana University.
2. Prospective students with foreign citizenship must obtain a study permit from the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia and be able to speak Bahasa Idnonesia.
   

Administrative requirements

Requirements for new student admission are in the form of passing the results of the selection for new student admission through the route opened by Udayana University. Various selection pathways for new students for undergraduate programs include the National Selection to Enter State Universities (SNMPTN), Joint Selection to Enter State Universities (SBMPTN), and the Independent Pathway. The new student selection pathway is also opened for prospective students for the professional program, PPDS-1, and postgraduate programs (masters and doctors).
 

New students must fulfill the following obligations:

1. Register online on the website https://e-registrasi.unud.ac.id
2. Make payments for single tuition fees (UKT) at a bank designated by Udayana University.
3. Re-register by submitting files. 
1. Selection card.
2. One (1) copy of the latest diploma legalized by the authorized official, Certificate of National Examination Results (SKHUN), or Certificate of Graduation (SKL) for SNMPTN participants.
3. One (1) proof of payment of the original UKT tuition fees and 5 copies (photocopies)
4. Two (2) 2 x 3 cm color passport photos. 
5. Health certificate from the Udayana University Health Team for study programs that require it.
6. Proof of online registration that has been printed.
4. Prospective foreign students must obtain written permission from the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.
5. Acceptance of prospective foreign students, professional programs, medical education programs for specialists, subspecialists, and postgraduate programs is regulated separately in the standard operational guidelines for admitting new students.
