HMKU FK UNUD Accommodates Hard Skill Improvement by Implementing National Seminars and Semi-Offline Regional Workshops Themed Orthopedy 101

In order to increase new knowledge about problems, prevention, and health management related to spinal injuries and diseases, the General Medical Student Association (HMKU) of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University in 2022 held a National Seminar and Regional Workshop with the theme Orthopedics 101: Spinal Disease as a Common Health Problem Nowadays, which takes place in lecture halls 4.01 and 4.02, West Building, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and online at zoom meetings. Participants of the National Seminar and Regional Workshop each consisted of 503 participants and 82 participants who came from the general public, students or students, and doctors. The National Seminar and Regional Workshop presented competent speakers and presenters in their fields, namely Prof. Dr. dr. I Ketut Suyasa, Sp.B., Sp.OT(K) (Udayana University), Dr. dr. I Gusti Lanang Ngurah Agung Artha Wiguna, Sp.OT(K) (Udayana University), dr. Ketut Gede Mulyadi Ridia, Sp.OT(K) (Udayana University), and dr. Ida Bagus Gede Arimbawa, M. Biomed., Sp.OT (Udayana University), and dr. I Nyoman Tri Pramartha as moderator in this event.

The 2022 HMKU National Seminar and Regional Workshop were opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, namely Dr. dr. Komang Januarta Putra Pinatih, M.Kes who in his speech said that this seminar is a very important event because it is beneficial for the participants and the general public.

Study Programme, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University; dr. Gede Wirata, S.Ked., M.Biomed, as the Trustee of the General Medical Student Association; Chintami Gemma Masella as the representative of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, and Anak Agung Istri Kosalya Arini as Chair of the General Medical Student Association.
