HMKU Medical Olympiad Socialization and Sharing Session
On Sunday, April 2 2023, the 2023 HMKU Medical Olympiad Accio Class (Socialization and Sharing Session) was held in Room 3.01 West Building of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. This socialization was carried out with the aim that participants who would later take part in the Olympics could dig up a lot of information related to the mechanism of the HMKU Medical Olympiad.
HMKU Medical Olympiad is one of the work programs under the field of Human Resource Development (PSDM) from the General Medical Student Association, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, which focuses on preparing, selecting, and delegating medical undergraduate study program students to participate in medical Olympiads national and international level.
The selection system is carried out in the form of internal Olympiads where later the winners of these Olympiads will go through a mentoring process with supervisors in their respective fields and be sent as a delegate to prestigious medical Olympiads both nationally and internationally such as the Regional Medical Olympiad (RMO), Indonesian International Medical Olympiad (IMO), National Anatomy Olympiad (Amygdala) ,
Indonesian Medical Physiology Olympiad (IMPhO), and Inter Medical School Physiology Quiz (IMSPQ).
The target of this HMKU Medical Olympiad activity is Undergraduate Medicine Study Program Students, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University class of 2020, 2021 and 2022 (maximum semester VI) who will later take part in one of the fields at the selection stage. The fields of competition that can be selected are Physiology, Anatomy, Musculoskeletal system, Genitourinary system, Infectious Disease, Cardiorespiratory system, Digestive system, and Neuropsychiatric system.
The HMKU Medical Olympiad series of activities in 2023 starts from Accio Class (Socialization and Sharing Session), Reducto Round (Preliminary Round), Stupefy Round (Final Round), Apparition Class (Guidance Class), Final Simulation, and Release of Delegates.
