Monitoring and Evaluation of Student Activities and Services, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held a monitoring and evaluation meeting related to student activities and services in the Room of Prof. Dr. dr. I Ngoesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah Denpasar, Medical Faculty Building, Denpasar. (28/10/2022)

This meeting was chaired by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Prof. dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D.
The main agenda of this meeting is to discuss:
1. Monitoring and evaluation of programs and activities of student institutions (LMFK), semi-autonomous organizations (BSO), and student associations (HM).
2. Discussions related to standard operating procedures for student activities.
3. Monitoring and discussion related to student services such as scholarship services, administrative services, counseling services, health services and campus security
4. Discussion on the mechanism for collecting student achievement data.

This event was also attended by Coordinators of Undergraduate Study Programs, Administrative Coordinators, Student Sub-Coordinators and their staff, Head of BEM, Chair and core management of LMFK, BSO and HM at Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
