NOTICE FOR STUDENTS WITH INACTIVE STATUS, ACADEMIC LEAVE, AND EXCEEDING STUDY PERIOD University General

In accordance with a circular letter from the Rector of Udayana University Number: 12049/UNI4/PD/2019,

(1) That it is hereby notified to Udayana University students whose status is as followst:

• inactive, but listed in the Udayana University database:
• academic leave of more than 2 (two) semesters, and
• student status beyond the study period.

(2) Whereas Udayana University is verifying student status in order to synchronize Udayana University student data with the Higher Education Database (DIKTI) and the 2020 National Certificate Numbering (PIN), to determine the number of active students in each Study Program.

(3) Whereas with regard to the verification referred to in number (2), students in the status referred to in number (1) are required to fulfill the following obligations:

• students who are inactive status, but listed in the Udayana University database to immediately complete the obligation to pay UKT no later than January 31, 2020.
• students who are on academic leave status for more than 2 (two) semesters to be active immediately by paying UKT no later than January 31, 2020.
• students who do not fulfill the obligations referred to in number (3) letter (a) and number (3) letter (b) are declared to have resigned and deleted from the Unud student database starting from the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year or February 1, 2020.
• students whose student status exceeds the study period according to the Academic Guidelines, as follows:
  • D3        : 10 Semester
  • D4/S1   : 14 Semester
  • S2         : 6 Semester
  • S3         : 10 Semester
  • Spl        : 14 Semester
  • Profesi  : 6 Semester

            who are in the process of researching Final Papers to immediately complete their studies in an additional semester with the following conditions:

•         D3/D4/S1/Profesi/S2    : 1 Semester
•         Spl/S3                              : 2 Semester

      starting February 1, 2020
