Continuous Quality Improvement with the Study Program's Annual Work Report Preparation Workshop

In order to prepare the annual performance report, the Bachelor of Medicine and Professional Doctor Study Program held a Workshop on Preparing the Study Program's Annual Work Report which was held on Friday-Saturday, 1-2 December 2023 at SereS Hotel and Resort, Banjar Jungut Batu, Singakerta, Ubud.

The activity was attended by all study program managers, both the Medical Undergraduate Study Program and the Medical Professional Study Program, including participant representatives from Univeritas Mahasaraswati and Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. This activity was carried out by a committee chaired by Dr. I Wayan Sumardika, S.Ked., M.Med.Ed., Ph.D. The workshop activities were opened by the Deputy Dean I for Academic and Planning Affairs, Dr. Dr. Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp. OT(K). In his speech, the Deputy Dean I expressed his appreciation for the activities carried out by the Bachelor of Medicine and Professional Doctor study programs. He hopes that this activity can be carried out regularly, so that evaluation of study program performance related to strategic plans, IKU, and accreditation preparations can be compiled in one systematic report.

The activity began with presentation and sharing by 3 speakers, namely
1. Presentation related to the management of the Bachelor of Medicine study program and International Classes at FK Unhas, delivered by Dr. Ririn Nislawati, Sp.M (K) who is the Faculty of Medicine Unhas Faculty of Medicine Study Program Coordinator.
2. Preparation of the Study Program's Research and Community Service Road Map, by the chairman of UP2M FK Unud, dr. Agus Eka Darwinata, S.Ked., Ph.D
3. Management of Study Program Collaboration and Activity Reporting by the Chair of UPIKS FK Unud, Dr. Dr. I A Ika Wahyuniari, M.Kes.

After the material presentation activity, the activity continued with a meeting to prepare the study program's annual performance report led by the Undergraduate Medical Study Program Coordinator and the Medical Professional Study Program Coordinator.
