Visit of the Dean and Staff to Wangaya Hospital and Mangusada Hospital
Thursday, December 16 2021, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Unud Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., accompanied by UPIKS Coordinator dr. Wayan Citra Wulan Sucipta Putri, MPH., Deputy Coordinating Officer Dr. dr. Dyah Kanya Wati, Sp.A(K)., Coordinator of Bachelor of Medicine and Doctor Profession Study Program, dr. I Wayan Sumardika, S.Ked., M.Med.Ed., Ph.D., PSSKPD Deputy Person in Charge dr. Kunthi Yulianthi Sp.F., and the Young Doctor in Charge of the Department of Pediatrics, dr. I Gusti Agung Ngurah Sugitha Adnyana, Sp.A (K)., visited Wangaya Hospital, Denpasar and Mangusada Hospital, Badung.
The purpose of this visit is to strengthen ties of friendship and enhance cooperation that has existed for a long time. Apart from that, this visit also aims to equalize perceptions regarding the learning of Young Doctor students and Specialist Doctors at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University during a pandemic while still implementing strict health protocols.
Since 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, training for young doctors at network hospitals has been temporarily suspended. PSSKPD FK Unud plans to start sending Young Doctor students to Network Hospital early next year. At Wangaya Hospital, the UNUD FK group was received by the Director of Wangaya Hospital, dr. A. A Made Widiasa, Sp.A., Head of the Coordinating Team for RSUD Wangaya Dr. dr. I Made Suma Wirawan, Sp.PD., and his staff. The meeting took place from 09.30 to 11.00 WITA.
Furthermore, the group continued their visit to the Mangusada Hospital, the group was received by the Deputy Director of Services dr. I Made Padma Puspita, Sp.PD, Head of the Kordik Team at RSD Mangusada dr. I Putu Risdianto Eka Putra, M.Biomed, Sp.KJ and his staff. The meeting took place from 12.00 to 14.00 WITA.
